Earlier this summer, 108 Leonard — the newly restored Tribeca icon — hosted a party for brokers on its recently completed rooftop, celebrating the final installment of the building’s 20,000 square feet of amenity spaces.
“We’re thrilled that this important lifestyle component is now complete and is being enjoyed by our residents,” said Elena Sarkissan, director of sales at 108 Leonard.
The rooftop features two levels of lounge and entertainment spaces, and views of the city skyline, as well as its own historic clock tower.
