“It’s about capturing a feeling, a memory, a legacy.” – Nicky Hilton

Nicky Hilton launches her jewelry line Theo Grace at the tip of Manhattan. MAGGIE DAVIS reports.
NYC is a sweltering heat wave, but Nicky Hilton’s Theo Grace jewelry launch is the cool escape. Bijou Phillips (in from Los Angeles), Oscar de la Renta designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, Alice + Olivia founder Stacey Bendet and Tina Craig clutch together under the shade of the SeaGlass Carousel way downtown on Whitehall Street. There’s homemade gelato and a phalanx of photographers.

The brand’s name, Theo Grace, is deeply personal: a tribute to Hilton’s daughters, Theodora and Lily-Grace. Photos of loved ones are tucked behind iridescent lockets; charms are personalized and monogrammed. Hilton uses timeless symbols like hearts with engravings to mark unforgettable moments. “I wanted to create a jewelry line that feels like a keepsake,” Hilton tells AVENUE. “Pieces that commemorate life’s most meaningful milestones, whether it’s a wedding, a birth, or simply a moment you want to hold onto forever. It’s storytelling through design.”
Theo Grace and Hilton’s professional journey has been shaped by being a mother. “Motherhood has made me more intentional in everything from fashion to design to entrepreneurship,” she says. “It’s inspired me to create with purpose, whether that’s designing chic ballerina flats you can chase toddlers in or building brands that celebrate family and legacy.”

Each piece of Theo Grace offers more than adornment, becoming a tangible reminder of the people, places, and moments that shape us. “People are craving deeper connection and authenticity. Personalization and emotional storytelling resonate because they allow us to honor the people, places, and moments that matter most. It’s not just about customization; it’s about capturing a feeling, a memory, a legacy.”
