“I may be my mother’s daughter, but I’m writing my own story.”

You live downtown.
We’re going to Miriam’s in the West Village – one of my go-to spots. There’s something for everyone. The vibe is always great. And I love Mediterranean food. I love ordering family-style – Zaatar Laffa, Jerusalem sesame bread, chicken schnitzel, and of course the halloumi salad — got to add in some veggies.
Your birthday falls in the busy fall social season.
I’m turning 33 and taking some of my friends on a girls’ trip to Cabo. I heard the term “Silly Fall” on TikTok, and it stuck with me. It’s that magical time when everyone’s in New York — between summer trips and the holidays. The city just has so much energy.
What fall fashion looks are you loving?
A chic “Barn Coat” — it’s an effortless staple you can dress up or down. I love the one I have from Miu Miu. And of course, a great pair of knee-high leather boots. I’m loving Sam Edelman right now.
“Being an only child made me independent. I’ve always been passionate and driven to create my own path.”

You literally grew up on TV on as OG “Real Housewife” Jill Zarin’s daughter.
Being an only child made me independent. I’ve always been passionate and driven to create my own path — one that feels authentic to me. I think people assume I’m always “on” or super social, but I really value quiet time and recharging. Even though I love a good party and dressing up, my favorite thing to do is cuddle up and watch Netflix in bed.
You and your mom have built an amazing business together.
My mom has always been entrepreneurial, and we realized we make a great team. Combining her experience in retail with my creativity and background in marketing, art and advertising has been so rewarding. What could be better than working with your mom? The challenge is turning off work mode during family time — we’re still learning that balance.
What’s been your most successful product?
Our Jill Zarin rugs. They’re pet-proof, stain-resistant and super soft. Our outdoor collection does especially well because of the variety of colors and patterns — it can completely transform your backyard. And I have an exciting collaboration coming up with a jewelry brand you’re going to love for the holidays.
You have an MFA in Art.
I loved Anna Weyant’s Dollhouse pop-up last month during Fashion Week. There are so many fantastic shows in NYC right now — Nancy Holt at Sprüth Magers. I love her site-specific earthworks and meditations on documentation. And Kahlil Robert Irving at Canada Gallery is incredible.
You always go to Art Basel in Miami.
I can’t wait. We’ve been going for over 10 years now. It’s the perfect mix of art, people-watching and creative energy — there’s truly nothing like it. I love checking out the satellite fairs for up-and-coming artists. My biggest piece of advice? Get there early in the week and wear comfortable shoes.
You’re a true city kid.
We all know how expensive NYC can be — sometimes it feels impossible to leave the house without spending $100. But it’s also a city where you can have so much fun without spending anything at all. Some of my best days and nights have been just walking around, exploring the parks, window shopping or grabbing 99-cent pizza and strolling the West Side Highway. It’s truly a playground for adults.
What would your “Real Housewives” tag line be?
“I may be my mother’s daughter, but I’m writing my own story.”
