Artist and father of five Donald Robertson is an Instagram sensation with his satirical depictions of the style monde. He’s published a few books, painted hundreds of private portrait commissions and collab-ed with everyone from the ASPCA to designer Gilles Deacon.
Robertson’s latest oeuvre is MAGAZINE, which he tells us is “basically a thick print you frame with content inside.” The pages of the $100 MAGAZINE are early posts from 2013-2015 he did in the dawn of Instagram. “Kim and I had just had accidental twins and I was turning 50,” Robertson says. “An aging creative director in a world of young guns.
