On Saturday, The Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation held its first annual So Fetch fundraiser on Gin Lane Beach in Southampton. Guests danced and drank the night away, snacked on vegetarian appetizers, and cooked s’mores over a bonfire. All proceeds from the event went to the shelter’s rescue program.

Closing out the weekend, the Hope for Depression Research Foundation held its sixth-annual Race of Hope 5k run in Southampton Village on Sunday. Katie Couric grand marshaled the event, which raised $325,000 for research into treatments for depression and anxiety.
